President Susan Hatto holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Grand Valley State University, a master’s degree in education from Capella University and a doctorate in strategic leadership from Liberty University. With nearly three decades of experience in technical education and workforce development, she has served in various leadership roles, including as dean of industrial education and workforce training at Montcalm Community College in Sidney, MI, where she worked for 20 years prior to being named president at TCAT Athens in 2022.
